Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use Agreement.

By creating an account, whether through a mobile device, mobile application, or computer (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy, which is hereby incorporated by reference. If you do not accept and agree to be bound by all of the terms of this Agreement, please do not use the Service.

Modification of Terms: Dil Ka Rishta reserves the right to modify or update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to this Agreement, we will notify you in advance via email or an in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such modifications constitutes your full acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

You are not authorized to create an account or access or use the Service or systems it resides on unless all of the following are true:

You are at least 18 years of age.
You will comply with this Agreement and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.
You represent and warrant that you have never been convicted of a crime involving moral turpitude or any cognizable offense under applicable penal law.

3. Your Account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials you use to sign up for Dil ka Rishta App, and you are solely responsible for all activities that occur under those credentials. If you think someone has gained access to your account, please immediately contact us.

4. Modifying the Service and Termination.

We may even suspend the Service entirely, in which event we will notify you in advance unless extenuating circumstances, such as safety or security concerns, prevent us from doing so.

You may terminate your account at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions in "Settings" in the Service. Dil Ka Rishta may terminate your account at any time without notice if it believes that you have violated this Agreement.

5. Safety; Your Interactions with Other Members.

Though Dil Ka Rishta strives to encourage a respectful member experience, Dil Ka Rishta is not a financial platform. We will NEVER solicit funds, crypto-currency, or investments. Any member requesting financial transactions, verification fees, or off-platform deposits is violating this Agreement. Users engage in off-platform financial transactions at their own absolute risk. You agree to use caution in all interactions with other members, particularly if you decide to communicate off the Service or meet in person.

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER MEMBERS. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT DIL KA RISHTA DOES NOT CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECKS ON ITS MEMBERS OR OTHERWISE INQUIRE INTO THE BACKGROUND OF ITS MEMBERS. While users are required to represent their criminal history accurately under Section 2, Dil Ka Rishta MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES AS TO THE CONDUCT OF MEMBERS OR THE VERACITY OF THEIR STATEMENTS.

6. Rights Dil Ka Rishta Grants You.

This licence is for the sole purpose of letting you use and enjoy the Service’s benefits as intended by Dil Ka Rishta and permitted by this Agreement. This licence and any authorization to access the Service are automatically revoked in the event that you do any of the following:

Use the Service or any content contained in the Service for any commercial purposes without our written consent.
Copy, modify, transmit, create any derivative works from, make use of, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, images, trademarks, trade names, service marks, or other intellectual property, content, or proprietary information accessible through the Service without Dil Ka Rishta’s prior written consent.
Express or imply that any statements you make are endorsed by Dil Ka Rishta.
Use the Service in any way that could interfere with, disrupt, or negatively affect the Service or the servers or networks connected to the Service.
Upload viruses or other malicious code or otherwise compromise the security of the Service.
Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any information transmitted to or through the Service.
"Frame" or "mirror" any part of the Service without Dil Ka Rishta’s prior written authorization.
Modify, adapt, sublicense, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decipher, decompile, or otherwise disassemble any portion of the Service, or cause others to do so.
Use or develop any third-party applications that interact with the Service or other members' content or information without our written consent.
Use, access, or publish the Dil Ka Rishta application programming interface without our written consent.
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our Service or any system or network.
Encourage or promote any activity that violates this Agreement.

Dil Ka Rishta may investigate and take any available legal action in response to illegal or unauthorized uses of the Service, including termination of your account.

Any software that we provide you may automatically download and install upgrades, updates, or other new features. You may be able to adjust these automatic downloads through your device's settings.

7. Rights you Grant Dil Ka Rishta.

By creating an account, you grant to Dil Ka Rishta a worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, right and license to host, store, use, copy, display, reproduce, adapt, edit, publish, modify and distribute information you authorize us to access from third parties such as Facebook, as well as any information you post, upload, display or otherwise make available on the Service or transmit to other members.

You agree that all information that you submit upon creation of your account is accurate and truthful and you have the right to post the Content on the Service.

You understand and agree that we may monitor or review any Content you post as part of a Service. We may delete any Content, in whole or in part, that in our sole judgment violates this Agreement or may harm the reputation of the Service.

You understand and agree that by using the Service, your location data and consent to be considered for DKR VIP status are enabled by default. These features are designed to enhance your experience by facilitating more relevant nearby profile options and personalized matchmaking proposals.

Dil Ka Rishta respects your privacy and personal data. We may occasionally seek to feature user success stories, testimonials, or non-sensitive data (such as your first name and city) in our promotional materials or general advertising. However, we will only use your data for marketing purposes if we obtain your explicit, prior consent.

To further protect your privacy, any AI-generated visuals used in our marketing are created strictly without incorporating real user likenesses or photos.

By continuing to use our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms. If you wish to opt out of marketing-related usage of your data, please contact contact@dilkarishta.com.

When communicating with our customer care representatives, you agree to be respectful and kind. If we feel that your behavior towards any of our customer care representatives or other employees is at any time threatening, harassing, or offensive, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your account.

8. Community Rules.

By using the Service, you agree that you will not:

use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by this Agreement.
use the Service for any harmful or nefarious purpose
use the Service in order to damage Dil Ka Rishta
violate our Community Guidelines, as updated from time to time.
spam, solicit money from or defraud any members.
impersonate any person or entity or post any images of another person without his or her permission.
bully, "stalk", intimidate, assault, harass, mistreat or defame any person.
post any Content that violates or infringes anyone's rights, including rights of publicity, privacy, copyright, trademark or other intellectual property or contract right.
post any Content that is hate speech, threatening, sexually explicit or pornographic.
solicit members for third-party commercial ventures, investments, multi-level marketing, or cryptocurrency schemes.
post any Content that incites violence; or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence.
post any Content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.
solicit passwords for any purpose, or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other members or disseminate another person's personal information without his or her permission.
use another member's account, share an account with another member, or maintain more than one account.
create another account if we have already terminated your account, unless you have our permission.

Dil Ka Rishta reserves the right to investigate and/or terminate your account without a refund of any purchases if you have violated this Agreement, misused the Service or behaved in a way that Dil Ka Rishta regards as inappropriate or unlawful, including actions or communications that occur on or off the Service.

9. Other Members' Content.

Although Dil Ka Rishta reserves the right to review and remove Content that violates this Agreement, such Content is the sole responsibility of the member who posts it, and Dil Ka Rishta cannot guarantee that all Content will comply with this Agreement. If you see Content on the Service that violates this Agreement, please report it within the Service or via our contact form.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Dil Ka Rishta, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) THE CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF OTHER MEMBERS OR THIRD PARTIES ON, THROUGH, OR FOLLOWING USE OF THE SERVICE, EXPLICITLY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FINANCIAL LOSSES FROM SCAMS, PHISHING, CRYPTOCURRENCY FRAUD, OR UNAUTHORIZED THIRD-PARTY INVESTMENT SCHEMES; OR (III) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR CONTENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL DIL KA RISHTA’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO Dil Ka Rishta FOR THE SERVICE WHILE YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT.

Dil Ka Rishta TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CONTENT THAT YOU OR ANOTHER MEMBER OR THIRD PARTY POSTS, SENDS OR RECEIVES THROUGH THE SERVICE. ANY MATERIAL DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS ACCESSED AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK.

11. Third Party Services.

The Service may contain advertisements and promotions offered by third parties and links to other web sites or resources. Dil Ka Rishta is not responsible for the availability (or lack of availability) of such external websites or resources. If you choose to interact with the third parties made available through our Service, such party's terms will govern their relationship with you. Dil Ka Rishta is not responsible or liable for such third parties' terms or actions.

12. Arbitration.

The exclusive means of resolving any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement (including any alleged breach thereof) or the Service shall be BINDING ARBITRATION administered under the Arbitration Act, 1940.

13. Governing Law.

This Agreement, and any disputes arising out of it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courts of Lahore shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate upon any matters or provisional remedies related to this Agreement.

14. Indemnity by You.

You agree, to the extent permitted under applicable law, to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Dil Ka Rishta, our affiliates, and their and our respective officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any and all complaints, demands, claims, damages, losses, costs, liabilities and expenses, including attorney’s fees due to, arising out of, or relating in any way to your access to or use of the Service, your Content, or your breach of this Agreement.

15. Payment Policy.

You may purchase a paid Membership for one or more of the products offered by the Company. Your paid Membership will only provide access to the specific Company product for which you have registered and subscribed. The Company may, at its sole discretion, make your profile visible to users of one or more of its other services if you meet certain requirements; however, you will not become a member of those services unless you separately register for and subscribe to them. All prices displayed include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

15.1 Pricing and Fee Changes

The Company reserves the right to modify the fees for any of its Services at any time. Where required by applicable law, users will be provided with reasonable advance notice of any changes affecting recurring subscription fees. Any revised pricing will apply only to future billing periods. If you do not agree with the revised pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.

15.2 Refund Policy

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all Membership fees and other charges are non-refundable. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Refund requests may be considered by the Company on a case-by-case basis or where required by applicable law or the policies of the applicable App Store.

15.3 Non-Payment and Collection of Outstanding Amounts

If you fail to pay any amount due under these Terms & Conditions, the Company may suspend or restrict access to the Services, or may terminate your access in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. Any suspension of access shall not extend or alter the applicable subscription or contract period. The Company does not deduct outstanding charges and will only charge the price of the current package that you were subscribed to before the payment failure.

15.4 Recurring Payments and Automatic Renewal

By purchasing a subscription or any recurring paid service, you authorize the Company (or its authorized payment processor) to automatically charge the applicable subscription fee using your selected payment method post-expiry for the period of six months at the applicable billing intervals (for example, monthly, quarterly, or annually).

Unless cancelled before the renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew for successive billing periods, and the applicable subscription fee will be charged using your selected payment method. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method remains valid, current, and capable of processing the applicable charges.

15.5 Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription screen in mobile app, contacting our support team or through the applicable App Store from which the subscription was purchased. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds or credits will be provided for any unused portion of the subscription period.

15.6 Vouchers and Promotional Discounts

By selecting a discounted package, voucher, promotional offer, or introductory subscription, you acknowledge that the discount applies only for the promotional period specified at the time of purchase. Upon expiration of the promotional period, the subscription will automatically renew at base price on which promotional discount was applied unless cancelled before the renewal date.

15.7 App Store Purchases

The Company may offer subscriptions, Memberships, and other paid features through third-party platforms, including the Apple App Store and Google Play Store (each, an “App Store”). Purchases made through an App Store may be subject to the App Store's own terms, conditions, billing practices, subscription management procedures, and refund policies.

Where a purchase is made through an App Store, subscription management, cancellations, billing disputes, and refund requests may be governed by the applicable App Store's policies. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and the applicable App Store terms relating to payment processing, subscription management, or refunds, the applicable App Store terms shall prevail to the extent required.

Your use of the Services remains subject to compliance with all applicable App Store terms and conditions, and any rights granted to you under these Terms & Conditions are conditional upon such compliance.

16. Cancellation Policy.

Once subscribed you may proceed to in-app packages and choose to unsubscribe from one the chosen packages. Once done, you will not be charged for the next month's billing cycle. However, the subscription will expire as per the starting date of your monthly subscription package.

17. Child Safety and Protection Policy

Dil Ka Rishta is committed to maintaining a safe platform and strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Our platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. We comply with all applicable child safety laws, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA), 2016 of Pakistan, as well as international frameworks such as COPPA and Google Play Child Safety Standards.

Content Monitoring & Legal Reporting

Users can report any suspicious activity or content via our in-app reporting feature.
All reports are reviewed promptly. Dil Ka Rishta reserves the right to report any illegal activities directly to local law enforcement authorities, including the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Cyber Crime Wing, without prior notice to the user.

Age Verification & Compliance

All users must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
We implement age verification measures to prevent underage access.
Any account found violating this policy will be suspended or terminated.

Content Monitoring & Reporting

We use automated detection tools and human moderation to identify and remove CSAE-related content.
Users can report any suspicious activity or content via our in-app reporting feature.
All reports are reviewed promptly, and necessary actions, including legal reporting, are taken.

Data Protection & Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
Personal information is stored only as necessary per our privacy policy and legal obligations.
